ISFED will Monitor the Election Day with up to 1000 Observers

International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED) will monitor the 2020 Georgian Parliamentary elections with up to 1000 short-term observers, 73 DEC observers, 78 mobile groups, using the Parallel Vote Tabulation (PVT) methodology.

The PVT methodology gives us the opportunity to obtain real-time information regarding the voter turnout, immediately detect violations, assess the electoral process in a systematic way, and verify the accuracy of official results.

On October 31, we plan to hold 4 press conferences at the Election Media Centre at 11:00, 15:00, 19:00, and 22:00. In addition, on November 1, at 11:00, we will hold a summarizing press conference at the Media Centre.

On election day, we will actively post updates on our website http://isfed.ge/, as well as on our official social media pages:

Elections portal http://electionsportal.ge/ wil also be constantly updated about the accidents and possible violations.

Real-time notifications regarding the Election Day can also be accessed through the ISFED mobile application:
